There is a cool Flash demo that was released last month from Check Point. I have not seen it published publicly yet, but the demo includes narration and gives the user a tour of the Check Point Unified Security Architecture.

The demo covers three main scenarios: Perimeter Security, EndPoint Security, and UTM-1. There is about five minutes worth of content and it takes the viewer through sample architectures, attack scenarios, and how all of the pieces fit together to mitigate those attacks. It also does a good job of showing the interfaces for the different tools that are used and how alerts are displayed. Might be a good tool for manager-types and architects who would like a quick overview.

Wow this is very cool. Best thing Check Point’s marketing has done in a while. Nice and short, not boring. The animation and narration certainly help. Gonna give this one to my manager.

    Thanks

My boss loved this thing. He’s starting to understand what our tools are doing. Kudos to Checkpoint for making this.
