Ofiller and Odumper are tools that were created by long-time Check Point SE Martin Hoz. Although not official Check Point tools they are widely used with great success. Ofiller and Odumper are used for editing Check Point object databases.
For example with Odumper you can export your existing database into CSV format and make edits with Excel. If you have ever had to subnet a Class B into hundreds of smaller networks Ofiller will save you hours of unnecessary work. The tools work with Smart Center as well as Provider-1.
Unfortunatley the tool is no longer being actively maintained but the last release (Jan 2007) is still usable up to R65. The download includes some excellent documentation that will get you up to speed very quickly. Fireverse did not produce this tool, but you can download it from here if you would like to give it a try.
